By accessing and utilizing the website located at osmet.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This Site is operated by Osmet LLC ("Osmet," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.
NATURE OF OPERATIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Osmet LLC operates as a proprietary holding company and B2B infrastructure provider. We engineer and manage multi-tenant routing architecture, including but not limited to the MatchOS™ engine. Osmet LLC does not provide direct-to-consumer services, financial planning, wealth management, legal counsel, or insurance products. All matchmaking, lead generation, and professional services are executed exclusively through our subsidiary entities and authorized deployment partners.

The information presented on this Site is for informational and corporate purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. All architecture, algorithms, site design, text, graphics, logos, and the MatchOS™ nomenclature are the exclusive intellectual property of Osmet LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or deploy any proprietary routing logic or content found on this Site.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OSMET LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY SUBSIDIARY PLATFORMS. Osmet acts strictly as the foundational routing layer; all disputes regarding professional services must be directed to the credentialed professionals or specific tenant platforms involved.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Registration for Osmet LLC, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
